One public health topic that is very important to me is immunization. Immunization is important not only for the people within the United States but also around the world. Without vaccines children would not have chance at a better future. Immunizations stops the spread of diseases and provides a sense secure. According to the CMDC" Immunzing individual children protects the health of our community".
I belive if we could help thrird world countries likes Africa and other countries provide immunzations to children around the world they will also have a chance at a better future. As an early childhood teacher I one of the requirement before a child can enter into school they must be immunzed. Staying immunzing help protect our children and our community.
I too wish that impoverished countries could have free access to all the childhood vaccinations, it only makes sense to keep all children safe and free of disease. Many countries have other things to worry about, lets just make it easier for these children!
